Our extensive menu includes smoked brisket, lechon kawali, smoked meat, grilled mahi mahi and garlic shrimp. Our pupu menu includes specialty items like Johnny’s fish patties, teri pork belly and steak strips served with Johnny’s secret sauce. Guaranteed to please any palate!

About Chef Johnny:
“Life is all about creating moments. Growing up in Hawai`i has always been about sharing good food with family and friends. I enjoy making people happy and watching them create their own moments.”
Johnny started cooking as a teenager growing up on Molokai learning recipes from his family. He learned to prepare Hawaiian food and other local dishes the same way it was done generations ago. Johnny worked at several Hawai'i bars and restaurants, starting out at the well-known Pau Hana Inn on the Friendly Isle of Molokai. Most recently, he opened his first restaurant, O'ahu Grill, in Kaimuki, which specializes in authentic Hawaiian food.
